Returns
Generally, I do not take returns!
….but there are conditions in which I might:
1. If you should ever encounter a problem with the original order or there is a clear mistake in the order, I will be happy to resolve the problem or give you a full refund +shipping upon return of the holster.
2. If the holster is returned and there is customer abuse, wear & tear, or it is used, I will not give you a return. The holster has to be brand new, as mailed, in the package, wrapping as originally sent.
3. If I choose to accept a return holster because you “do not like it”, then it has to be in brand new condition, is a resellable holster and not anything exotic, or special (lights, lasers, optics). As well, I reserve the right to refund only up to 50% to pay for the time and fees to resell the holster as a second.
4. All my holsters are CUSTOM – made to order. I do not keep “stock” holsters on hand and so, each holster is made for each order. A defect is defined as wrong hand, wrong color, wrong pistol, wrong attachment, snap, etc. Therefore I do not offer a refund just because you don’t “like” it. No guarantees you will like it. No buyers remorse. No Refunds.
If you want Guaranteed Refund/no questions, then Go to Walmart or some other company that doesn’t do custom work. Nobody is going to give their handcrafted work away for free!

Guarantees
1. I DO NOT guarantee brown tones/shades of brown color. I offer different dyes : walnut, brown, light brown, saddle tan, British tan, Cordovan, Mahogany, Ox Blood, etc. But even with these dyes are a range of “tones”. I guarantee the correct dye to be used. ALSO, I oil my leather which gives it a darker tone as well.
2. As a maker, I reserve the right to make adjustments to the design or to make a holster as I think best, Unless specifically defined with details and agreed upon in the beginning of the agreement. If a customer requests a specific holster “like” another design someone else makes, I reserve the right to make the design my own way and it will not be a direct copy. If you see a picture of a certain type of holster and want a holster to be made in a similar design, please clarify. I do not go to other makers and copy their Work. If you do not clarify or give detailed description of what you want, it will be made as I think it should be. If you don’t like it- I don’t offer a return/refund unless it meets some of the possibilities above.

FITTING
1. My Holsters arrive brand new to the customer. The Holsters are not water molded or shaped on the exterior in any way. LEather will naturally shape to whatever it houses especially if it is oiled. Therefore, your holster will be tight at first because it needs to be “fitted”.
2. DO NOT WORRY! if you think the pistol is too tight, it’s not. Leather is skin and stretches. Take your pistol/revolver and put your thumb on the slide/hammer and push it down into the holster to the point where the trigger guard is against the stitching. Don’t worry, it won’t hurt the leather. All my holsters have been pre-fitted before mailing with the exact gun. In fact, I take pictures of each pistol in holster to show its proper fitting.
3. There is always the possibility your holster got mixed up in the shuffle during mail call and you received the completely wrong holster. If that happens, just give me a call and we’ll take care of you.
4. All leather products can bleed dye. We do our best to seal all leather products to prevent “bleeding” from occurring, but each buyer is taking that chance that an accident my occur and for whatever reason, the leather product may stain your clothing or something else. You can apply acrylic to seal leather so it won’t bleed or prevent it. Hot temperatures and lots of oil in the leather cause bleeding. TO PREVENT BLEEDING: I recommend a “natural” / non dyed leather.
5. Sizing: All my holsters come with a bit of overhang on the bottom- Typically 1/4 to 3/8 “. If your pistol has a light that extends beyond the end of the barrel then fitting is adjusted.
REFUNDS- I do NOT guarantee Refunds!
- I do not guarantee refunds.
- I may offer 90% refund after the order is taken and you want to cancel your order just placed- 1 week.
- If the order is in process or it is already begun to be made, I may only offer a partial refund of 50% and even then only if I have another order the holster can fill.
- If we are late, or have made the order incorrectly- we offer a 100% refund, + free return shipping; or we offer to fix the problem and pay for all return shipping with an honest apology. We stand behind our work.
- Refunds are not definate, because all holsters are custom hand made holsters to order for each customer.
Wait time
Wait time is the time from the day the order is taken to the time the order is made NOT for you to receive it.
Wait time is an ESTIMATED time we are GUESSING it will take to get to your order. We could be late.
There are unseen circumstances that can cause the wait time estimate to be wrong: lots of orders, many difficult orders in a row taking more time than normal, materials on order not in stock , unforseen sickness, etc. We do our best to be on time but sometimes we are just late. we appreciate your patience.
If the wait time has come to pass and you have not heard from us, please contact us. Something could have happened.
We HAVE LOST ORDERS before- typically, we never receive notice of payment via paypal, etc. So we don’t know you completed the invoice. My apologies if that happens.
